A notebook with high-speed internet and wireless network is free of connection and use anywhere in the villa along with free local and long distance calls. Bed linens and towels are provided. There are many areas in this home for friends and family to gather. The family room has access to the pool is a comfortable spacious room to relax and watch television. The living room, located at the front of the house, is a more peaceful room for vacationers to find quiet time. The loft area on the second floor is a great area for younger guests to socialize, equipped with seating, a television and a PS2. The garage, also known as the games room, has a pool table, air hockey table, a basketball game, a soccer ball, 4 tennis raquets and balls, 2 sets of golf clubs and a frisbee.
Villa Style Orlando's pool area is large and comfortable. With plenty of room and no rear neighbours for increased privacy, this area is sure to be a popular and well used area of the home.
Everything was great - 5 BR, 3.5 baths, pool, full kitchen, laundry, game room, TVs in every BR, etc. - we had a great stay - one issue with the keyless door lock (battery) the last night of our stay was resolved quickly by the management company

We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks - 6 adults and 2 kids - and it was more than spacious. The house was well equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool and pool deck were very spacious and the games room kept the kids occupied. This was our third villa rental in Orlando and was by far the best. Will rent it again should it be available during our next visit.
We stayed in this beautiful villa from January 4 - March 18, 2012. It was spacious, clean and close to all amenities. We used Champions Gate Golf (10 mins,Anytime Fitness (7 mins),Publix (5 mins), Walmart (7 mins)and Disney (20 mins). Two families could easily fit in this villa. The service was excellent. There was a problem with the oven and it was promptly fixed the next day. The boys loved the pool and spent hours playing in the games room. All five bedrooms had Tv's. Washer/Dryer very convenient. Any question asked of Mr. Lalonde was promptly answered. I would most certainly book this property again, without hesitation.
We stayed at Villa Style over the holidays and in summary had a very relaxing enjoyable vacation. The home is located in a secure gated community which was very reassuring for my family. The home is beautiful and great care is taken to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of all the parks, but yet close enough to travel to...A well maintained and beautiful home! We will definately stay at this home again. There are a few "suggestions" though...when renting in the off season..it is recommended that the pool heat be applied, because of the location of the home, not much natural sun is on the pool any time of the day .just something to consider (maybe even possibly throwing in free heat to pool because of this factor alone). Also, when one goes on vacation in Florida, you envision bbq-ing all the time, but we didn't realize that was yet another fee to add on (rental of a bbq). Overall, this is a beautiful well-maintained home and our family felt very much at home...lots of privacy, both around and within the home...We certainly look forward to renting from the owners again!
We loved, loved, loved your Villa. It is very spacious, well kept and so warm and inviting. The picture on the web site paints only a small hint of what you get in this beautiful home. My family from Canada, California, New York and Jacksonville Florida had a wonderful time at the villa. The kids enjoyed the pool, the games,visiting the beach in Clear Water and Daytona and enjoying some of the local rides an sites. Our trip was to celebrate Thanksgiving together and we accomplished that.We found that we were able to get the best bang for our buck at Walmart. Publix has better quality, however, when you are on vacation and with a large Walmart it is. The oven did a beautiful job with our turkey and the other cooking an baking that was done. We also had dinner at a beautiful Brazilian restaurant (192 to I25) food was great and the alcoholic drinks were awesome (a bit strong for me, one sip and I'm like whoa...lol!!!). Now the shopping was fabulous. On Black Friday we were on the grounds of a college in Orlando where we had family protraits done, the grounds were gorgeous and pics are fantastic...have to post them on line plus other pics taken on the beach etc. Anway, after the pics we attempted to go shopping but didn't get much done due to the heavy traffic and maddness in the parking lot. We made another on Sunday and was able to get to the location without a hassle and all the good bargains were still available and well worth the second trip. If you ever want great deals in Orlando go to the Outlet mall on International Drive and for females one of the best stores to get great bargains for casual and work clothes is ann Taylor Loft for men's jeans Sean John...good stuff. Btw the weather for November was not too hot but hot enough where we did not need any jackets only in the evening. All in all our stay and experience at Villa Style Orlando was wonderful and we would recommend this villa to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed this wonderful Villa. It was exectly what we expected from the pictures and more. We were 8 adults and 3 kids staying in the Villa and we found that there was plenty of space for everyone. The new mattresses were very confortable and much appreciated.We really appreciated that the owner took the time to call us upon arrival to check that everything was fine. He has been very responsive to any questions or comments.We would definately stay in this Villa again and would recommend it to any of our friends.Thank you!
Will have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home recently. We will never stay inside the Disney Resort ever again. The money that we saved by renting your home and a car was well worth the investment. Your home was very welcoming and comfortable for our whole family. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were perfect for my elderly mother and handicapped daughter. They never needed to go upstairs for anything. I am from Virginia and visited Florida for the first time. We were celebrating my mom's 65th birthday and my daughter and niece high school graduation. There were 5 adults, 5 teenage girls and an infant. We all had a marvelous stay. Stephane assured me any and everything we needed would be provided, and it was. The villa was neat and clean. From the TV in everyroom, the game room, more than enough linen and dishes. It was far better than I ever expected. The only thing missing was a pizza cutter (LOL). When I visit Florida again, I will definitely prefer to stay at Villa Style Orlando..

our stay at villa style was a vacation we will not soon forget.the house was fabulous and spotless.the kids loved the pool and the patio.we felt very safe and secure in the gated community.we would definitely book our stay again at villa style Orlando.
We stayed at this Villa for six days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. At one point there were 13 of us and even then there was enough space. When we reached, the place was clean and very welcoming. The instructions were clear and Stephane was always responsive. He was a real pleasant and helpful person and a joy to deal with. Our stay was memorable with many swims in the pool and enough linen and utensils for all. The only concern was that some of the beds creaked a lot. That was a bit of an irritant. However I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends.
It's great to hear your family enjoyed your stay at my villa. My goal is to make sure every guest will return to my villa and after talking to you regarding the beds, I have replaced all beds in my villa. That's 7 new box spring and mattresses which got replaced yesterday! In addition to the new floors, paint and wall mounted flat screen TVs in every room we changed last year; you probably can't find any other villas with so many updates. I look forward to having you and your family stay at my villa again in the future.
A beautiful villa located in a gated community that provided a peace of mind. The villa was nicely presented and cleaned and provided all the neccessary furniture/fixtures that you would expect. Plenty of room for both kids and adults and comfortably slept 12 people. A toddler travel cot was also provided and we also left 2 new toddler/child car seats which we used whilst in Florida. Location wise, the villa is easy to get to from Orlando airport and considering that most places take atleast 30mins to get to this villa is in a decent location to get to Disney, Universal, Seaworld aswell as the malls and shopping outlets. Walmart is only 5 mins away for all groceries, etc. The management is of the villa is provided by Eagle Mgmt and were readilly contactable by phone. The pre arrival information provided by the owner was very useful.
Our family and one friend stayed at the Villa Style Orlando (Located in Davenport, FLa) during the March Break 2011. Although the Disney area is/was extremely busy during this time of year, the property was a nice "oasis" to come back home to every night! The house is very large, very clean, and nicely decorated, in an excellent location, i.e. close to shopping, groceries, and all major attractions. The property is also situate in a gated community so it gives you that extra sense of security. Everything you read about this particular house (written by its owners and promoters) is accurate, so rest assured that you will get excellent value for money. It's a newer house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a games room (in garage). With an up-to-date flat screen TV in just about every major room, and a nice pool in the back, what more can you ask for?! I could write more, but you won't be disappointed with Villa Style Orlando. Definitely great value for money, and great for the kids, or the "kid" in you.
This was a great vacation for me and my family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in this house and it was perfect. The house was very clean, the pictures on the web site were exactly the way the house looked. After having a cold winter it was nice to sit by the pool and Relax.. My kids also loved playing basketball in the game room. It also only took us 10 mins to get to Disney.
We were more then happy with this spacious and very comfortable house. It was in a safe and quiet area and close enough to the parks. The pool was great and so were the bedrooms. We would highly recommend it to anyone so fortunate to be going to Orlando.
Everything from this experience was 5 star. From the reservation to the stay. I emailed Stephane Oh so many times and every silly question I asked, he pleasantly responded. Inclusive, when at the villa, I emailed him with some additional questions that came about while there. And low and behold he personally telephoned me at the villa to answer those questions. Wow! How comforting was that?! The house was impeccable, every detail was well thought out. The security system of the house was high end, the pool was extra clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were ample and comfortable. The game room was full of things to do, they had plenty of board games to keep the kids as well as the adults entertained...I can go on and on. We had a wonderful experience and are definitely planning on booking again for our next Orlando trip.
The Villa was perfect, everything we needed and more, direct to villa from airport, no keys to collect, secure well alarmed property on gated community with free use of tennis court with tennis equipment in the villa and golf clubs with an excellent course a very short drive away.The games room and internet access was a bonus, heated pool with nice deck furniture, Stephane the owner could not have been more helpful.

In November, I had the pleasure of staying in your villa for a week, with my son, his 2 children and family. A spacious and clean villa, it allowed the whole family to feel at ease and relaxed. Being located within a 15 to 20 minutes drive from Disney was a plus for us. It allowed the kids to go for a swim in the afternoon and enjoy the pleasure of the different games available in the house. Having some golf clubs available in the premises was a plus for the golfers in the family. I woud recommend your villa to my friends and family being sure that everything is in place for them to enjoy a great vacation.
Wonderful villa, spotlessly clean, every facility for a truly great holiday, helpful and friendly advice from Stephane the owner made everything so easy, from the directions to the villa (no collecting keys)secure coded alarm system, golf and tennis equipment were a big hit with our family and also the heated pool and games room. The gallery area with laptop to keep in touch with emails and games console for children and adults alike. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family.
